A Little Help Hooking Up Those Home Entertainment Components

I probably should of put this up a few days ago but the 40 gallons of eggnog have made me a bit sluggish. Did you get a new home theater sytem, TV, DVD player, or some type of home entertainment component for Christmas? If you're like me, these things can get a little confusing when it comes down to what wire to plug into where. One of our favorite resources for setting up devices is the Audioholics Setup Center over at Audioholics.com. They have sections like Home Theater AV Hardware that's broken down into these handy categories:

  • Connecting a CableTV or Satellite System
  • Tips for Building a Home Theater in an Apartment
  • Ground Loops - Eliminating System Hum and Buzz
  • Basic Audio & Video Set-Up Guide
  • Receiver Setup and Connections
  • DVD Player Setup
  • Setting Up Your Home Theater System - Basics
  • DVD Audio Setup Tip #1

So put down the hammer and head over to Audioholics for a little help.
