Bluetooth Coming To New Playstation 3 Models?
Sony's Playstation 3 may be getting Bluetooth sometime in the near future according to a recent Sony filing with the FCC. Reading through the filing it looks like both the 60GB and 80GB PS3's will be soon released as Wi-Fi certified models with the addition of a Reverse F antenna. This is definitely going to require some further investigation.

Uhh, stupid question - hasn't bluetooth been supported in the PS3 since day 1? The wireless controllers are bluetooth, the blu-ray remote accessory is bluetooth, and it supports bluetooth headsets.
Including support for an external wireless antenna is new - but bluetooth? Not so much...
Point taken. You're right, poorly written article, but it was eeeeearly! in the morning and I got excited. I should have said "external antenna could mean a better Bluetooth connection".
