Onkyo Releases First Blu-ray Player, DV-BD606, In Europe

Former HD DVD supporter Onkyo has released their first Blu-ray player in Europe. The DV-BD606 boasts 1080p output at 24 frames per second, support for DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD audio codecs, Deep Color support, Bonus View for picture-in-picture, and an SD card slot for additional media playback. It'll also upscale standard-definition and DivX files and comes with a dedicated remote control. Available now in Europe, Onkyo's DV-BD606 comes in either solid black or black and silver color options for £399.99.
